To support our customers, Sterling Industrial Refrigeration has a comprehensive service department. Along with our corporate headquarters based in Morrisville NC, we have service departments located in Columbia SC, Indianapolis IN, Dallas TX and Austin TX. We have a local presence across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and the South. Sterling has service agreements with customers from California to Maine, giving Sterling a national presence.

Sterling Industrial Refrigeration provides complete preventative maintenance programs for our customers’ industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. Our preventative maintenance programs are designed to give our customers peace of mind in knowing their equipment is performing at peak efficiency while costly breakdowns and downtimes are reduced. These programs increase the life expectancy of the equipment and enable our customers to foresee and predict any equipment failure.

Sterling uses state of the art cloud-based software to track the maintenance completed for each piece of equipment. Our customers have access to these records anytime they wish to view the history. Our software keeps pictures, notes, voice records, vibration and oil analyses, and other files on any piece of equipment for a more detailed evaluation of the equipment’s productivity. Our customers like the idea they have access to this information anytime they need it.
