Our team consists of seasoned engineers, certified industrial refrigeration technicians, site supervisors, and service and parts coordinators. We are united by a love of solving tough challenges for our customers.
Our founders, Steve and Susan Skog, believed in doing things a little differently. In 1995, they established Sterling as a plan-design-build partner for brands needing reliable, high-quality refrigeration solutions. Along the way, they chose to take a chance and sell the company to their employees.
Since then, we’ve grown from a two-person company to over 30 employees, 500+ projects in over 25 states, and service covering the Southeast, Texas, and the Midwest. We’re proud to have set the COLD standard across industries for over 30 years.
In an industry where the average warranty cost is 3% of income, ours is less than 0.5%.
